Cell Operator (Machine Operative) Leamington Spa 16,000 plus Shift Allowance

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Cell Operator to join their manufacturing & production team. The purpose of this role will be to perform job assignments on manual and/or CNC machines in order to produce quality products.
The post holder must be capable of working within a team environment, supporting cellular manufacturing and achieving monthly targets. You must have an understanding of the principles of cellular manufacturing and be able to multitask roles. Ideally they are looking for candidates that can converse with engineering blueprints and/or written specifications.
The successful candidate will have experience with lead blasting equipment, laser marking and passivation cleaning, as well as being educated to GCSE standard or equivalent. With a “can do” attitude and the enthusiasm to learn and develop, you must be capable of understanding and following procedures. Experience in a medical environment would be an advantage.
