retailers and foodservice organisations, is recruiting an experienced Specifications Technologist.
The ideal candidate will have an HND/Degree in Food Science or similar and have experience of maintaining and updating specifications. You will have a strong understanding of raw material and ingredient declarations and labelling legislation to ensure they comply with legal and customer requirements in terms of packaging, artwork and composition. You will have an eye for accuracy and detail, and have confident and effective communication skills to build strong relationships.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the specifications systems to comply with legal and customers requirements for the frozen foods division.
