Process Improvement Specialist - Six Sigma Northamptonshire Up to 42,000
Our client is a global leader in B2B distribution. They are currently looking to recruit a Process Improvement Specialist.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the introduction of business performance management (BPM) and continuous improvement (CI) into their electrocomponents organisation by providing specialist knowledge and skills to train others and deliver process improvements.
As the Process Improvement Specialist your responsibilities will include:
- delivering process improvements to improve local end to end business performance - using appropriate approaches and utilising the correct BPM and CI tools and techniques - coaching and improving CI skill levels of others through 1-to-1 mentoring and project team mentoring - monitoring and managing audit operations of the end to end business processes - demonstrating the costs and benefits of proposed changes prior to implementation
This role will require your excellent communication skills as you will also prepare and deliver regular written and verbal communication updates to local end to end business process owners and project stakeholders.
To succeed as the Process Improvement Specialist you must have previous process improvement experience and strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. You will also need a background in leading and supporting business improvement projects, and business performance management implementation.
A Six Sigma Black Belt qualification would be highly desirable, as would fluency in another European language, especially French.
