Job Description :
Production Manager required who will be responsible for managing the operation of all production processes, developing and managing ongoing production schedules, implementing production tracking and quality control systems, initiating and coordinating inventory and cost control programmes and motivating and directing the workforce. You will also be required to prepare and maintain production reports, plan and implement test and calibration activities, continually assess and improve assembly procedures and ensure the workforce are adequately trained to consistently produce high quality products. You are required to have least 5 years experience in an electronics production management role. You will have a background of working with a variety of production tools and techniques and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of improving production levels within a company. You must also be conversant with ISO9001 QA requirements, possess excellent IT skills and have previous working knowledge of a computerised production system. The role also requires excellent organisation and communication skills.
