Our client is global company that is expanding this particular area of expertise supporting the Production and Factory Management and is looking for a Production Shift Manager to motivate and manage a team of 30+ production staff.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering or Manufacturing and production management experience within a FMCG/food manufacturing company of leading high performing teams, who have worked to demanding JIT schedule deadlines and continuous improvement standards to achieve high quality results.
You will be responsible for a $50m factory on a shift basis, leading and motivating a team of 30+ to achieve high quality manufacturing schedules.
