Our client is looking for a Senior Research Scientist with several years experience in ingredients applications and/or product development.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in relevant subject and an in-depth knowledge of ingredient chemistry/composition/structure and have good knowledge of food research and technology and excellent presentation skills. You will have good IT skills - Word, Excel and Powerpoint as well as having good standards of verbal and written communication.
You will be working with a Development Team to develop and manage ingredients applications and NPD research. There are many opportunities to develop your career into other areas or advancement.
