Cell Leader / Cell Supervisor Near St Asaph, Denbighshire Up to 23,896 DOE Plus Paid Overtime and Shift Allowance, Pension, Life Assurance, Critical Illness Cover

Working with many businesses within the commercial vehicle industry, their service sets the industry standard. They are now looking to recruit a Cell Leader / Cell Supervisor to join their team.
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, as a Cell Leader / Cell Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring manufacturing output is achieved in line with weekly schedules through the management of production operatives.
To succeed in this role you will need to be highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills, and you must have proven supervisory experience, preferably gained within a similar production environment. You will also need strong man management and organisational skills.
