The person appointed will be required, under the direction of a Team Leader, to provide Industrial Engineering and Continuous Improvement to CoE Blades and Rotors Yeovil. Provide support creating manufacturing strategy and capital investment plans; facilitate improvement initiatives; ensure continuous improvement in manufacturing efficiency and reduction of costs to meet delivery requirements. Candidates must be time served, have experience working on 4 axis machinery and be fully conversant with Fanuc controls.
